Kforce Customer Service Representative in Yuma, Arizona

Kforce has a client in search of a Customer Service Representative in Yuma, AZ.Responsibilities: * Responding to numerous phone inquiries * Using standard technology: telephones, e-mail, and web browsers IN-Contact & AWS * Assisting callers in finishing online applications * Completing daily electronic call logs * Adhering to privacy rules * Connecting callers with leadership as needed for escalations * Responding to telephone inquiries within set time parameters * Completing all assigned training as necessary * High School diploma or equivalent required * Minimum six (6) months of customer service experience required * Ability to work within established turnaround times * Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks * Ability to work as a member of a team Equipment Requirements: * PC or Laptop - (MAC, Chromebook, Notebook, Netbook, Tablet, iPads, or Smartphones will not work) Required Information/Devices: * Intel Core i5 Processor with 8G RAM memory (Intel Core i3 Processor will work also) * 256G hard drive * Windows 10 * USB wired Headset * Ethernet Cable Internet Connectivity: * Wired internet connection from computer to router or modem * Download - 20 Mbps minimum * Upload - 10 Mbps minimum * An attestation of speed is required; Use www.speedtest.net A Supervisor will do a remote call-in the day 1 after training to re-confirm all equipment requirements.
