Detailed Job Description
We are looking for Tier I Customer Service and Support Representatives that will be providing support to Educational Administrators and Teachers all around the world. The agents will be answering inbound calls, chats, and email correspondences at home remotely for an educational software company that specializes in programs for grades K-6. Tier I customer service representatives will handle basic customer service questions and light troubleshooting.
Nature of calls can be resetting log ins, answering questions, processing the sale of an additional product and other general questions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience in a call center setting
Experience working multiple chats in call center is a plus
Tech Savvy - Must be able to navigate 4+ computer programs at once and comfortable toggling to different screens
Must pass typing assessment and type 35 WPM with 85%+accuracy (IBM KENEXA ASSESSMENT IS ONE MINUTE ON-SCREEN TYPING TEST)
Candidates must have high speed internet connection without mobile hotspot or shared streaming. Internet speed test is required:
