The Operations Workforce Optimization team has a highly strategic and visible opportunity for Sales & Operating Planning Manager located in Tucson, AZ. This role is a key partner with the factories, production control, supply chain, finance, and programs to support the strategic alignment of resources to execute top business priorities. This is accomplished by leading mid-long range planning of current and future programs to identify constraints and collaborate cross functionally on mitigation plans and ultimately driving critical business decisions in the front end of the business to ensure program success.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans/metrics to lead the next level of Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD) Sales & Operating Planning (S&OP) maturity
Engage a wide variety of key stakeholder levels for mid-long term forecasting/planning and constraint management
Lead cross functional teams in action-based decision making to address and mitigate top constraints
Apply broad business process expertise and leverage cross functional networks to lead and influence fact-based change
Collaborate across Raytheon Technologies (RTX) and in industry on leading best practices to assure Sales & Operating Planning continuous improvement
Please Note: Position can be a hybrid role working on-site / home 50% with possible domestic travel 10%.
An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for additional years of experience and a minimum of 7 years of experience
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field
10 years of experience in Operations, Planning/Production Control, Supply Chain, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Finance
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems, SAP, Kinaxis or like systems
Leading or facilitating in cross-functional groups
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Value:

Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Certified Production Inventory Management, Certified Supply Chain Professional, PMP, Capture and/or Program Management Certification
Organizational agility - experience navigating large, cross functional matrix organization at all levels on complex initiatives to deliver results
Experience translating big data analysis to executive-level information, recommendations, and outcomes
Strong business acumen and cross functional business process knowledge
Ability to think strategically and work tactically, hands-on
