Located in Tucson, AZ, Our Respite Program Respite serves children from birth to the age of 17, who are experiencing moderate emotional or behavioral difficulties. The goal of respite care is to successfully provide an interval of rest for clients and their primary caregivers without disruption or compromise to their home environments. Both forms of Devereux respite require a referral from the child’s behavioral health network.
As a Program Coordinator, you will oversee day to day operational funtions of the Respite Program while ensuring a safe, clean and therapeutic environment. You will also ensure all aspects of the program are operating efficiently and in accordance with Devereux’s policies and procedures, Philosophy of Care, and Core Values.

Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday, 9am-5pm; Friday-Saturday, 11am-7pm

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Services or related field AND two (2) years experience, OR High School Diploma or equivalent AND five (5) years related experience required
Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred, not required)
Must be available to attend 2 weeks of required training (paid, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm)
Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check
Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)
Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)
Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children
