Flanders Operation Support Representative in Tucson, Arizona
Primary Purpose: Aid in**purchasing production and shop supplies. Maintain warehouse. Coordinate functions pertaining to shipping/receiving department. Assist operations in job preparation and follow up.
Confer with vendors to obtain product information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.
Create Purchase Requisitions for supplies and MRO items. Perform data entry and maintain database of purchased items.
Interface with all departments and resolve problems and issues with needed purchase items.
Monitor open purchase orders to ensure delivery schedules are met.
Lead the company’s physical inventory functions.
Troubleshoot quantity and pricing discrepancies and quantity issues with vendors and personnel.
Makearrangements forinbound andoutboundshipments.
Coordinate transportation as needed to/from customer sites or between shops.
Monitor all shipments
Assist in unloading and loading all freight carriers
Print delivery tickets and scan into job tracking software
Account payable entry
Answer telephone providing assistance when applicable or direct to other staff when needed. Provide excellent customer service.
Assist customers that come into the facility including loading and unloading customers products, pulling needed products, and contacting the appropriate representative for customers’ appointments.
Observe all safety procedures and use proper safety equipment as needed.
Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment at all times.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two years warehouse, general office or customer service related experience.
Account Payable experience a plus
