Intuit Fraud Operations and Investigations Manager in Tucson, Arizona

Overview

Come join the Intuit Fraud Prevention team to lead a multidisciplinary team of fraud analysts and investigators who engage in uncovering and stopping suspicious activity across the Intuit Ecosystem, Products and services by collaborating with partner fraud teams, data scientists, engineering, legal and compliance.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

  • At least 7 years of experience in fraud prevention, operations and investigations

  • At least 4 years of experience in leading and managing fraud teams

  • Critical thinking, Data driven and proactive mindset

  • Knowledge in defining processes, protocols and operating rigor in order deliver operational excellence

  • Track record of identifying and developing exceptional talent to build high performing teams.

  • A collaborative leader, who communicates equally well with senior leaders, front-line employees, and cross-functional groups.

How you will lead

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of fraud analysts and investigators who engage in uncovering and stopping suspicious activity across the Intuit Ecosystem, Products and services

  • Collaborate with partner teams to build processes, systems and dashboards

  • Identify process improvement opportunities based on keen observation and build consensus to drive change.

  • Effectively manage projects and drive continuous improvements while leading the organization through the associated changes.

  • Optimize team performance in order to meet KPI’s and objectives

  • Define operation strategy, frameworks and build plans to execute

  • Interact and present to leaders at all levels
