Aerotek Client Services Representative Hiring ASAP in Tucson, Arizona
We are seeking temporary workers that can assist with a large compliance project. This position is remote in the Greater Tucson area and candidates must have home internet (hard wired preferred). Employees will be reviewing customer information and comparing it to a list that restricts certain parties from doing business with the organization, Restrictive Party Screening. They will be verifying if the customer is the one on the list that they cannot partner with. This role is a back office project and not customer facing. Attention to detail is key, as are decision making skills.
Customer service, crm system, salesforce, order entry
Top Skills Details:
1+years experience in data entry, admin role or similar role with great attention to detail and repetitive tasks
technical knowledge for MAC and PC
experience with a CRM or financial system preferred
education verification for High School Diploma
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Skills: Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to develop good working relationships
Attention to detail to catch minor discrepancies.
Leverages appropriate technology (finance enterprise systems), tools and resources to perform role and has a strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
