Equally important, is our commitment to social sustainability in our business practices towards our employees, business partners and clients.As one of the top-ranked consulting engineering firms in the nation, providing surveying, engineering, construction management and environmental services, we have an opportunity for aiSenior Project Manager emphasizing in Wateriin our Tucson office.Your Role:As aiSenior Project Manager emphasizing in Water,iyou will utilize your expertise to manage projects related to hydrology and hydraulic studies, flood control, drainage design, water and wastewater conveyance, utility coordination, and stormwater management. iResponsibilities:iActing as technical lead for the preparation of studies and technical reports in the hydrology/hydraulics fieldPreparing drainage and water quality plansDeveloping project scopes and budgetsWorking within a team-oriented environmentEstablishing client and business developmentProviding technical design oversight and quality controlRequired Qualifications:BS or MS in Civil EngineeringArizona Professional Engineer (PE) license15 years of progressively responsible water resources/engineering experienceSuccessful track-record in completing water resources/engineering projects for local agenciesExperience in the practical application of standard industry software packages such as HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, FLO-2D, HY-8, Hydraflow, storm sewer, Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Sewer Analysis, and XPSWMM.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred:Experience in AutoCAD and Civil3DExperience in ArcGIS/MicroStationStrong business development, team building and operational skillsWhy PsomasOur culture is built on the foundation of social sustainability practices.
