Seeking Customer Service Representatives!

OfficeTeam is in need of an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative that is looking to expand their career and skill set. Do you love building solid customer relationships? Then this position may be for you. This position will operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Tucson, Arizona region and is a long-term temporary employment opportunity.

How you will make an impact

  • Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • Manage incoming telephone calls

  • Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

  • Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers

    Requirements

  • Proven computer skills

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Inbound Call Center experience desired

  • Inbound Call Center experience preferred

  • Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

  • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

  • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
