Aerotek Work From Home Customer Support Agent Paying $17-$18hr!!! in Tempe, Arizona

Description:

-The Customer Service agents will be solving complex incoming cases via phone, email, or chat every day.

-Handle all inbound issue resolution for partner merchants, customers, and Dashers worldwide while maintaining an outstanding experience in every interaction.

-Address time- sensitive issues , such as payments, account questions, driver issues, or troubleshooting by email, phone or social media with professionalism in a timely manner .

-Develop a deep expertise in how processes, systems, and resources work, and how to use them to drive positive outcomes

S kills:

Customer support, Customer service, Inbound call, Chat support, De-escalation

PAY: $17-$18hr

HOURS: Need availability from 7:00am-12:00am M-Sunday (will be assigned a shift - 40 hour work week, during this time frame; will do a shift bid twice a year)

LOCATION: Work from home for the foreseeable future (office location is in Tempe, AZ) ( Must live in AZ!!!!!!)

OTHER: Equipment provided but must live in Arizona and be okay with a commute to Tempe, AZ when you do return to the office
