Desired qualifications, skills and experience:
1-year work experience as a Pharmacy Technician in retail, home delivery and/or specialty environment
Working knowledge of pharmacy management operating systems

Pharmacy Technician Front End is responsible for data entry, third party exceptions, member outreach, and prescriber outreach, ensuring all service expectations are met.

Enter patient demographics and prescription information into the data processing system
Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls
Process prescriptions across various reference categories and assist in other Pharmacy Technician functions as necessary
Other responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictate
Required qualifications, skills and experience:
Minimum Required Qualifications:
High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
Current Pharmacy Technician License/Registration or Training License without restrictions in good standing with State Board of Pharmacy if required in the State in which position is located
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to deal with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, including government and regulatory agencies
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to put data into a quality analysis
Self-motivated, action-oriented, strong initiative with the ability to act independently and meet deadlines
Superior organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
