Post High School education / Associates Degree preferred. Minimum 3+ years banking operations experience preferred 2+ years Call Center experience. Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of all federal banking regulations and the Bank policies & procedures. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point). Working knowledge of claims processing and banking regulations, specifically Regulation E. Excellent organizational skills. Strong oral and business writing communications and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills. Strong analytical/problem- solving skills, attention to detail/accuracy, and flexibility in work assignments. Excellent decision making skills that demonstrate flexibility, and resourcefulness. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines with limited supervision. Ability to work well with others to overcome obstacles and problems in a changing environment. Ability to work with managers and associates in collaborative manner. Desire to develop into a Reg E expert. Job Summary: Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and claims of error adhering to Regulation E. Answer calls from customers who want status or assistance with a claim on a bank transaction involving ATM, ACH, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, and Cash Edge. Explain to customers the claims process and answer any questions they have regarding the claim or related banking needs (e.g., ordering new debit card, placing stop payment, discontinue online access). Maintain expert knowledge of all claims forms and document types for distribution. Set clear expectations with the customer about the claims process and what is expected from them (cooperation, documentation, etc.). Leverage resources / systems such as EZ Claims to accurately answer customer inquiries about their claim. Handle unresolved customer questions appropriately and if necessary escalate to designated Team Lead / Officer.Rose International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
