KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Data Quality Program Lead to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute on strategic application of baseline data quality performance and trending, including program evolution

  • Manage the development of Scorecard Monitoring Plans and other DQ artifacts to turnover ongoing monitoring of DQ Scorecards to the 'Run' team; launch Data Stewardship activities in coordination with 'Run' Team and partner with various stakeholders for 'Execution' hand-off

  • Responsible for the design, implementation and capability evolution (including manual execution) of multi-tier quality dashboards to help progress vs a baseline level of data quality

  • Partner with the business to promote data quality tools, controls and overall quality awareness across the data supply chain; Define Overall Data Quality KPIs, measurements and reporting standards including escalation of systemic data quality issues within the data council

  • Execute on strategic application of baseline data quality performance and trending, including program evolution; Accountable for the design, implementation and capability evolution (including manual execution) of multi-tier quality dashboards to help progress vs a baseline level of data quality

  • Proactively participate and help to lead the team and coach other teams in Data Quality (act as a role model across the department)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience building and managing a federated data quality program, including policy/standard integration, processes and controls

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

  • Ability to develop and operationalize Data /Big Data Quality initiatives including profiling, DQ rule development, development of scorecards, data stewardship and issue management workflows (Ideally using Informatica tool set)

  • Experience leading teams in Data Quality initiatives and maintaining accountability of delivery; as well as experience with data governance toolkits and multi-tier DQ dashboards for critical data; experience with purpose-built data quality tools and/or large SAP environments is a plus

  • Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
