Our customer service team members are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients and customers via telephone and email; and processing claims by comparing them to client requirements. We ensure compliance with client program specifications and ACB policies and procedures.
Research and resolve client inquires and communications to ensure clients receive timely, efficient and accurate service.
Audit advertising and incentive claims.
Provide suggestions to improve area operations, efficiency and service.
High School Diploma or equivalent certificate.
Intermediate PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word and Excel.
A minimum of 3 year’s work experience is desired.
Previous experience in a customer service or clerical production environment is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills are needed to manage multiple tasks/priorities.
