Job Family Summary:

US MyDHL+ Program Manager and application Subject Matter Expert (SME) managing of enhancements, identifying defects, testing and production verification of releases.  Coordination with Global, Region and Country to prioritize US enhancements/defects, scheduling releases with US functional teams (HelpDesk, Marketing, Ops.), status reporting, issues/risks/escalations management and provide functional roadmap for the US business.

Tasks:

Detail understanding of application functionalities, system integrations and data flow to US backend systems to implement new functionalities and resolve existing issues.  Configuring the application based on business needs. 

Clarify, address and root caused reported issues from the US business such as Commercial, eCom HelpDesk, Operations, Customer Service and Marketing teams.

Detail root caused analysis of defects across multiple systems.  Create change requests based on business requirements.

Execute testing to verify application change request, defects and confirm reported issues.  Perform Golden Transaction production verification after each release on weekends.

Manage and prioritize change requests (CR) and defects with Global and Region to be implemented.  Create, analyze, track, prioritize CRs and defects for each release.

Communicate and provide updates across Global, Region and Country for all levels of management.

Develop application roadmap for the Country based on business requirements.

 

Skill & Qualifications:

Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline and 8-11 years experience in related field or MS/MA and generally 5-7 years experience in related field.

Knowledgeable of US Express manifest data flow to Ops, Customs Clearance and Billing systems.

In depth knowledge of MyDHL+ application including US Customs requirements.  Expert of ADT tool.

Knowledgeable to testing methodologies for quality assurance.  Document test cases, results and provide status updates. Highly analytical and problem solving skills.

Clear and concise communication across Global, Region and Country for all levels of management.  Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.

Program management skills and knowledge to manage change requests, defects, software release scope and application roadmaps while collaborating with Global, Region and Country groups.

 

Role can be based in MMR-Corp2, CRC or within the 4 Areas of the US.
