Intiva Health Inventory Manager in Tempe, Arizona

Company Description

Gummy World manufacture is a custom contract manufacturer of vitamin supplement gummies, working with other commercial businesses to deliver quality product and brands to the market. Gummy World is looking for people to join our warehouse team. We are currently seeking candidates for Inventory Manager as described below.


  • Manage Inventory A-Z (from raw materials sourcing/procurement, quality control, quality assurance and daily/weekly.monthly inventory audit)

  • Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as invoices, orders, to verify accuracy.

  • Utilizing Inventory and efficiency softwares to report, maintain, and execute precise inventory control.

  • Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.

  • Prepare documents, such as work orders, shipping orders, to route materials.

  • Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using hand tools, power tools, or postage meter.

  • Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.

  • Confer or correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to specifications.

  • Deliver or route materials to departments using hand truck, or sorting bins.

  • Contact carrier representatives to make arrangements or to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials.

  • Determine shipping methods, routes, or rates for materials to be shipped.

  • Compute amounts, such as space available, shipping, storage, using shopping computer


  • 4-5 years of industry experience

  • Procurement and Purchasing experience

  • Reading Comprehension - Understanding interpreting blueprints and or work-related documents

  • Basic Computer skills - Outlook Email, Calendar, Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams

  • Basic Math skills - Generally, counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

  • Detail Oriented

  • Being able to work with the team

  • Good communication skills

  • Having interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational skills

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Must be able to lift and/or carry 50 lbs




At least 4 years of inventory management experience in the nutraceutical ind. Knowledge of Inventory management software is preferred, as well as procurement purchasing.
