Responsible for big data/analytics projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data. Build a closer relationship between Marketing Automation and Data Science for maximizing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to increase marketing ROI, improving the personalized digital experiences and measuring the overall business outcomes. Specializes in developing and programming methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse big data sources to generate insights and solutions for business and product enhancement. Acquires data from multiple data sources to perform analysis. Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in complex data to provide answers to business questions as well as provide recommendations for action. Presents data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations and make data driven decisions. Collaborates with various internal teams to prioritize requests/needs and provide a holistic view of the analysis. Measures and monitors results of applied recommendations and present adjustments. Ensures all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, engineering or applied mathematics, or equivalent work experience
Four to six years of relevant experience
Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex and large data sets
Excellent SQL and data warehouse skills. Experience writing complex queries on large data sets.
Experience in Python for data processing, data mining, and predictive analytics
Expertise with data visualization and dashboard tools such as Tableau
Experience with digital marketing analysis and A/B testing
At least 5 years of experience performing analysis for a software or internet company.
Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, predictive modeling, machine learning
Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
