Collections Rep Associate Jobs require candidates to responsible for placing and receiving inbound and outbound calls to negotiate payment arrangements, effectively negotiate payment arrangements with the client to eliminate any delinquency, document all collections efforts for each account in accordance with the company procedures, initiate tracing process with established standards and process customer payments through an electronic draft.

All candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year collections experience! Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required with the ability to work a flexible schedule.

The starting pay rate for Collections Rep Associate Jobs is $16.00/hr, plus overtime.

Must be able to work anytime from 6a-10pm including up to 2 weekends each month (Saturday and Sundays)

Schedule will include 3 early shifts, and 2 afternoon shifts

Overtime will be required!
