Adecco is currently hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with a local client located in Tempe, AZ! This is a temp to perm opportunity $16.50/hr. Bilingual Call Center Representatives are responsible for providing effective and timely front-line customer service support and issue resolution.

Qualifications for Bilingual Call Center Worker jobs include:
Provide Customer Service to all members, providers, clients and brokers with all aspects of benefits, eligibility and claim status inquires in accordance with plan documents, policy and procedures, and administrative guidelines.
Medical Background is preferred
Candidates must be able to sit the entire shift
Must speak fluent Spanish
8am-5pm Mo-Fri but shift may vary due to business needs
