This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Client Position Title: Sr. Attorney/ Contract NegotiatorPosition Number: 332741Location: Tempe, AZ 85281Position Type: TemporaryRequired Skill Set: Finance, Procurement, SourcingPosition Description: **C2C is not available****Only U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. can be considered as W2 candidates.**Title:Sr. Attorney/Contract NegotiatorLocation :Tempe, AZ Duration: 3 + months contract Descriptions:Job Details : Reporting to the head of the Contracting and Negotiations Group ("CNG"), this position should be filled by attorneys/contract negotiators with strong backgrounds in reviewing and understanding third-party vendor contracts as well as legal and regulatory terms, in particular as it relates to data protection legislation. Specifically, the contractor position will interface, as needed, with Business Units, Strategic Sourcing and Bank Subject Matter Experts ("SMEs") (e.g., Legal, Tax, EIC, etc.) to negotiate, on behalf of SME stakeholders, language concerning the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") and other similar data protection legislation. Here, the contractor Attorney will focus on amending contracts to include certain language required under the CCPA and other data protection legislation, as applicable, in its agreements with vendors who process personal information on the Bank's behalf. Familiarity with data protection legislation, technology transactions, software licenses, strategic sourcing and general procurement within the banking and financial services industry is ideal.Rose International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
