Exeter Government Services is seeking an experienced Senior-level VideoTeleconference Technicianto provide successful performance in supporting the United States Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). Support primarily be required in the NETCOM Headquarters, at Fort Huachuca, AZ. NETCOM is the Army Enterprise network (DoDIN) operations and services provider, executing full-spectrum cyber operations and attaining information superiority, and achieving an integrated network enterprise across the Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational (JIIM) domains.
The VideoTeleconference Technicianoversees the daily management of four (4) VTC suites, with technical support provided to other VTC systems within the Headquarters. TheVideoTeleconferenceThe VideoTeleconference Techniciantechnicianmanages system updates, STIGs, dial-ins, RMF compliance, and VTC systems operations. Troubleshoots system outages, issues, errors, and recommends improvements and makes necessary changes to ensure operations.Theymaintain VTC hardware and software as follows: conduct weekly hardware and software equipment functionality tests, diagnostics to determine potential hardware and software anomalies, and research and provide recommendations for hardware and software upgrades.This support includes technical support and assistance to a JWICS-capable room. This also includes support for technologies such as Office Connect, Cisco Unified Communications (Voice and Data), Polycom, Juniper, Acano, and other industry standard data over IP technologies on both end-user and bridge devices.
Note: As required, the Senior VideoTeleconference Technicianis required to provide support and on call staff 24X7.
TheSeat Management Administrator (Logistician)will have:
·IA Certification Level IAT-II
·IT Level II
·TOP SECRET/SCI clearance, with T5 Investigation
·Computing Environment Certifications
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
·At least 10 years’ relevant work experience
·Proven work experience as a VideoTeleconference Technician
·Experience providing supportin similar work environments (NIPR, SIPR)
·Experience supporting Office Connect, Cisco Unified Communications (Voice and Data), Polycom, Juniper, Acano, and other industry standard data over IP
·Experience maintaining VTC hardware and software
·Familiar with government procedures for classified telecommunications
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues
·Excellent organizational skills
·Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and ability to work independently and as a team player.
·Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability and willingness to initiate and manage relationships across the customer space
Preference in hiring will be given to incumbent NETCOM G6 personnel.
