Job Description

As the Senior Consultant, you will:

A member of the team that codes using SAS, SQL, VBA for ad hoc and regulatory reports detailing Medicaid Encounter metrics to our clients.

You will create the analysis, definition, documentation and development of reports and processes to improve workflow and insure the highest quality standards are being achieved.

The reporting will be utilized to track operational performance, as well as creating reports for Sr Management such as Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Innovative, analytical, energetic, adaptable to change, problem solver.

As part of the Reporting Team, you will work with various databases, handling operational, ad hoc, and regulatory reporting.

An ideal candidate has the ability to:

• prepare accurate reports,

• validate / verify reporting

• determine coding issues and correct,

• learn / create new reporting activities.

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of SQL experience

• 1 year of Excel experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant professional experience

• Ability to pull in data from multiple sources and use it to create executive level summaries and reports

• Ability to meet strict deadlines within a very fluid work environment

• Proven record of creating executive level metrics from a production or operations department

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred. Degree in related field preferred.

• Equivalent work experience may substitute.
