Job Description

As a Client Implementations Manager, you are responsible for onboarding new and/or existing clients joining CVS Caremark. Caremark is a PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management Company) responsible for managing Employers and/or Health Plan prescription benefit plans. As an Implementation Manager you have end-to-end accountability for the overall implementation project. The role can be client facing and requires someone who can drive project teams to specific milestones, while effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes. In order to be successful in this role you will lead client implementation projects, act as lead client facing manager driving the implementation as the main point of contact for internal partners and the client/vendors, partner with internal cross-functional areas such as Sales, Eligibility and Benefits to ensure all client requirements are met and supported, develop the implementation project plan and tracking progress relative to the plan through weekly update calls and action log maintenance, and act as a support resource to Senior Implementations Managers on larger implementations projects • Travel requirement of up to 25%

Required Qualifications

1+ years of client relationship management experience, with proven client implementation and project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

Pharmacy Benefit Management experience preferredSalesforce experience preferred Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Education

High School Diploma or GED is required
