Foresight Intelligence Sales Assistant in Scottsdale, Arizona
Foresight Intelligence, Inc. is seeking a true lover of multi-tasking and fast-paced environments. The Sales Assistant will assist the Sales Team in day-to-day sales support activities, which include proposals, CRM management, and other special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will have the ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.
REPORTS TO : Director of Sales & Marketing
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate preparation, development, and production of major documents, such as proposals, quotes, and order forms.
Working with Finance in terms of pricing.
Processing Credit Checks
General Sales Team support (helping remove obstacles).
Research potential customers and their related contacts.
Update Sales and Finance excel sheets daily.
Maintaining and updating sales/customer records in CRM (Salesforce).
Record and summarizes minutes in sales meetings.
Enter CRM information for leadership and salespeople as needed.
Analyze incoming emails and phone calls to determine their significance and treatment.
Proactively managing multiple complex calendars.
Booking travel, including airline and hotel booking for the sales team.
Perform general office duties.
Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.
OUTSTANDING phone presentation and written/verbal communication skills are required.
2+ years’ work experience as a Sales Assistant/ Sales Coordinator or similar role.
Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Excel.
Basic mathematical skills including the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
Time management skills to handle multiple, competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
This position will also require consistent interaction with the sales team so strong communication skills are important.
Strong work ethic and ability to find suitable solutions on your own.
Ability to research, escalate and follow up on inquires with a great sense of urgency.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Must have the ability to overcome objections and obstacles with a solution-based attitude.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from worksite to another location such as customers offices.
Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
