Great position in North Scottsdale, near Frank Lloyd Wright and the 101!
Must have a strong background in Administration and talent onboarding
M-F 8-5 pm
Temp to Hire
Staffing Coordinator/Onboarding Specialist
Pay of $25.00 an hour plus quarterly bonuses!
Call on resumes, applicants, career fair logs etc. to get them on our team.
Interviews/On Boarding (Missed interview follow ups/Reschedules)
Provide potential/hours to new hire for faster processing in interview/onboarding phase (Review Service Inquires, Client Service Requests) Build relationships with support coordinators. Keep track of them by area and make email groups
Update Zip Recruiter and any other recruitment systems
Make New Employee Folders and submit to Judy at start of service
Set up phone screens, meet and greet and staff appropriate direct support providers (caregivers) for clients.
Provide high level of customer service to new hires, clients and everyone alike
Potential client inquiries and tracking
Track and maintain client service updates (Interviews Scheduled, Meet and Greets, Start Dates, etc.)
Track and maintain New Hire trainings and updates
Track and monitor new hires for first 30 days
Track and receive weekly updates from families as they start receiving services for the first four weeks
Attend Hiring Events and assist with recruitment as needed/assists with special projects
