Fortune 8 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Rebate Registration Analyst to join our industry leading team! The role requires an ambitious, motivated, and eager individual, looking to work for an industry-leading, Fortune 8 company. The position is a part of our Rebate Operations department within the PBM Finance Team. The individual will be working with a dynamic and skilled group, which manages our client’s rebate implementations for CVS Health’s PBM business.

As the Rebate Registration Analyst you will play an instrumental role in the success of our Rebate Registration team, as we help people on their path to better health. You will work with team members, internal partners and clients to ensure all PBM client rebate setups accurately capture our PBM clients’ intent and contractual agreements. You will support the Rebate Registration team and other CVS/caremark departments throughout the financial implementation processes and play a key role in ensuring risks are identified, communicated to the appropriate parties and resolved through creative solutions where needed. You will take lead on enterprise and department initiated projects which impact the Rebate Registration functions/applications. You will ensure all business requirements are accurately captured, deliverables are completed in-line with project timelines, and the execution of project deliverables meet the intended outcomes. You will also work closely with external business areas to help enable seamless integration of new PBM clients and enterprise products/initiatives. You will be expected to gather and document client contractual requirements, identify potential impacts to existing processes and ensure the necessary actions are taken to implement the required setups to support our PBM agreements. You will lead efforts to develop new and enhance existing system functionality where needed, provide necessary training to impacted areas as required and develop new policies and procedures around the new capabilities.

The successful candidate will have experience identifying business requirements and creating project documentation. The will have experience reviewing client contracts and/or interpreting contractual agreements to drive business requirement discussions. They will demonstrate the ability to initiate and lead projects which align with enterprise objectives. They must have the ability to identify process inefficiencies and provide recommendation to management on how to improve our processes. The individual needs a proven record of organizing cross-functional teams which work to identify and resolve issues which have a broad organization impact to the business and our PBM clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of operational or contract execution experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred

  • Healthcare Industry professional work experience preferred

Education

  • High School Diploma/GED required
