Aerotek Payroll Manager in Scottsdale, Arizona

Description:

We’re looking for a collaborative, experienced, and self-motivated individual, who will lead our US payroll function within our accounting team. In this role, you will be managing all payroll-related functions, including payroll processing and review, resolving issues and answering payroll related questions, ensuring payroll tax compliance, managing the timekeeping system, and performing ad hoc analysis and payroll reporting in a multi-state environment. You will own the payroll function and be responsible for implementing new processes, improving on current procedures and creating efficiencies.

Top Skills Details:

  • 8 - 10 years of Payroll processing experience

  • Experience in a start-up or small company environment

  • Experience w/ Paylocity (Internal processing software)

  • Netsuite experience is a plus (ERP System)

  • 2+ years of Payroll Management experience

  • Experience running multi-state/multi-entity payroll

  • CPP preferred

  • Experience w/ Payroll Tax, Garnishments

  • Advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Sum-if statements)
