Employment Manager

Employment/Recruitment

  • Manage the Employment process throughout the INES/TA system, recruiting and matching candidates to available positions

  • Follow up with applicant and hiring managers for all vacancies

  • Manage the Training module in INES and roll out any new Training Opportunities through INES

  • Make conditional and final job offers for all colleagues

  • Oversee Dayforce entering for all new hires, promotions, transfers and terminations

  • Prepare offer letters for Salaried Colleagues (relocate as needed)

  • Manage the interview process for all leaders including arrangements for flights, transportation, guest room and interview schedule

  • Assist with the relocation of all leaders including moving companies, transportation and housing

  • Manage the process to enter new hires in Dayforce, HireRight, Identicard, I-9’s

  • Manage administration of Internal Applicants

  • Maintain confidential filling system for new hire paperwork including background checks, I-9, E-verify and all correspondence

  • Request INES access through ARM as needed Assist with local school initiatives & relationships including but not limited to NAU, ASU, GCU, SCC, PVCC

  • Facilitate Career Fairs on site and at local partner schools

  • Manage on line recruitment partnerships with jobing.com, HCareers and LinkedIn

  • Manage relationships with external job boards at local schools

  • File new hires and remove terminated employee files

  • Manage all EAF’s and secondary data entry/employment changes

  • Assist with H2B arrivals on property including new hire entering, employment verifications, social security needs

  • Preparation of and communication of weekly job list

  • Oversee internal referral program and communicate to colleagues, and track referral payouts

  • Manage completion of T&C metrics for promotions, turnover, D&I stats

Employee Relations

  • Assist with preparations of colleague events as needed

  • Active committee member

Training & Development

  • Prepare communication to all new hires prior to attending hotel orientation – E-verify, background checks, grooming guidelines, Colleague Handbook, etc.

  • Assist in facilitating New Hire Orientation

  • Assist and facilitate portions on New Leader Orientation Quarterly for all new hires

  • Facilitate Discrimination & Harassment training for all new hires including colleagues and leaders

  • Create training videos & tools on navigating INES

    Your experience and skills include:

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required

  • University/College degree in a related discipline preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

  • Highly responsible & reliable

  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
