The Digital Advertising Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of paid advertising projects related to Display, Video, Social and Community Management efforts on behalf of Reputation.com’s brand and customer initiatives. The Digital Advertising Manager defines and plans the scope of Digital Advertising projects, working with vendors and internal teams on project deliverables and reporting. He/She will develop and prioritize detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports while continually monitoring milestones.
The Digital Advertising Manager will partner with the Senior Manager regarding the creation, deployment and measurement of cross-channel digital marketing strategies. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Marketing.
Responsible for the day-to-day internal project management of digital marketing programs from conceptual development through program delivery.
Responsible for guiding the successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
Manage relationships with vendors, while developing timelines and ensuring the overall quality of the creative output.
Own pixel/tag management and implementation across Reputation.com’s web properties as well as mapping of 1st party data for media usage and audience segmentation.
Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects
Work with User Experience team on the management and evolution of digital branding elements that are incorporated across all digital properties
Ensure appropriate planning and resources are in place to accomplish goals
Provide thought-leadership, cross-functional guidance and/or training to other marketing and field associates
Create and distribute weekly and monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance
Additional duties as assigned.
College degree required
Minimum 5-7 years Digital Marketing client or agency experience
Expert Excel skills (must be comfortable analyzing large quantities of data utilizing advanced Excel formulas)
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven record of business analysis driven and fact-based decision-making
Highly productive and efficient with excellent time-management skills
Management consultant level with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects/responsibilities through completion with minimal supervision
