Customer Care Specialist - Scottsdale, AZ -- Direct Hire Opportunity

Kelly Services® is seeking a motivated, hardworking individual to work as a customer care specialist for a premier client in Scottsdale, AZ

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage customer orders and shipments closely to meet and exceed customer expectations for quality service and delivery

  • Respond to distributor and end user inquiries regarding product selection, pricing, and deliveries

  • Act as a liaison between the customer and Internal team members to ensure all customer expectations are communicated, understood and met throughout the organization

  • Act as the first line of communication to customers as needed with strong and professional written and verbal communication

DAILY TASKS

  • Efficiently and accurately receive, coordinate and process all sales orders based on customers requests received via email, fax, and electronic database

  • Proactively answer customer calls and respond to customer inquires while documenting all communication into ERP system

  • Expedite orders, provide status and resolve inquiries

  • Process warranty claims, returns and credits as needed

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Customer service-oriented and energized by helping others succeed

  • Possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, positivity, and enthusiasm

  • Possesses, or able to develop, superior proficiency in utilizing an ERP system to manage material, orders, and shipments

  • Ability to develop, improve, and maintain outstanding relationships with customers, colleagues, and external business partners

  • View complaints as opportunities, acts as a customer advocate, and is dedicated to building relationships for long-term mutual benefit

  • Mathematical competency for calculating pricing and converting units of measure

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associates degree

  • 3 - 5 years customer service experience

  • Accurate, data-entry skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently, and within a team

  • Multi-tasking skill set

  • Passion for helping people with the ability to remain calm (no matter what the circumstance)

  • Computer competency – including MS Office products (MS Word, Excel) and web-based tools

PREFERRED

  • Passion for delivering a Customer Experience better than anyone

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Inside Sales experience
