Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service Rep job in Scottsdale, AZ!

  • Type: Full time (40 hours / week) contract

  • Length: 6+ months

  • Pay: $13 /hr

  • Shift/Hours: 9A - 6P M-F

  • This is role will start remotely, but will require some office visits

    Responsibilities for this Customer Service Rep job include, but are not limited to:

  • work directly with providers to ensure proper contracting documents are received

  • Review documentation to ensure completeness.

  • work in conjunction with contractor to ensure complete load of assigned contracts.

    Qualifications for this Customer Service Rep job:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ Years of customer service experience

  • Outlook and Customer Service, call center experience

  • Must have experience with outbound calls and proper phone etiquette

  • Experience with quality review of documents for completeness
