Position Summary:

This is a full-time position as a Marketing Representative for an auto insurance agency company. The position entails creating and maintaining business relationships with accounts in the Arizona and Southwest market. A perfect candidate for this job is one who is highly motivated, proactive, and goal oriented.

Kemper owns and operates 90 retail, non-standard auto insurance locations through five states under multiple brands. We focus on providing non-standard insurance to predominantly Latino communities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for obtaining B2B auto insurance referrals from new and existing accounts primarily in the Arizona market

  • Market our auto insurance services to standard agencies, car dealerships, and other financial organizations

  • Develop and maintain existing accounts by meeting face to face, virtually or over the phone

  • Efficiently manage multiple lead sources

  • Route qualified referrals to the appropriate sales agent for further development and closure

  • Ability to visit accounts in person or virtually 3-4 days a week

  • Bring creative ideas to the table to provide brand awareness

  • -Report marketing activity to Marketing Manager and work together on ways to increase opportunities and reach goals

Position Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, account management, or customer service

  • Excellent communication both verbally and written

  • Ability to present any script confidently, over the phone or in person

  • Strong organization skills to handle multiple accounts and follow up on tasks

  • Able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Insurance background preferred

  • Microsoft Office proficient

  • Must have a valid driver's license

  • Bilingual - English and Spanish (but not required)
