U-Haul U-Box Shipping Account Representative in Phoenix, Arizona

U-Box Shipping is seeking career-minded, growth-oriented individuals to make a real impact on our daily operations as a U-Box Shipping Account Representative. Under the direction of the Shipping Operations Manager, this position manages the full process of tracking and tracing customer shipments being hauled by our transportation companies.

Duties Include:

  • Interacting with field personnel via phone and email

  • Requesting and updating pickup and delivery ETAs from our carriers

  • Managing each assigned carrier account’s shipments from pickup to delivery

  • Answering all incoming calls

  • Updating all necessary systems as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word

  • Knowledge with Excel a plus

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly

  • Detail oriented and organized

  • Confident and independent in decision making

  • Great attitude and true professionalism

PLEASE NOTE: Shift includes a rotating Saturday shift every 8-12 weeks

"Sam" Shoen and his wife, Anna Mary Carty Shoen, recognized that need and acted upon it.
