Mercury Systems Test Operator 3rd Shift in Phoenix, Arizona

In this role, you have the opportunity to Perform functional testing at component level using test procedures. Being able to differentiate between real and false failures. Troubleshooting test equipment. Working in a test environment with a team that works cross functionally with other manufacturing area. You are responsible for Performs a variety of non-routine task to ensure production demands/quality standards are met performs set-ups, testing components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies, to ensure units function according to specifications. Operating test equipment like DC power supplies and bench testers. Ability to interpret pass/fail data. Working in a test environment with front-end/back-end manufacturing You are a part of A dynamic team within a manufacturing environment where we promote Teamwork, Execution, Communication, Integrity, Trust, Sense of Urgency, Customer Focus, and Commitment. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience Previous electronics experience in a manufacturing setting. Attention to detail, multi-tasking, excellent hand-eye coordination, and excellent hand dexterity is essential to be able to handle micro devices. Ability to use computers.
