The Regional and Centralized Client Group is responsible for building unique experiences for merchants through third-party acquiring partnerships, effective client management, world-class analytics, promotions, and marketing initiatives. The team is dedicated to helping small merchants succeed and grow by providing them with a range of tools and resources – lending products, online resources and discussion, digital promotions, and social media tools – as well as advocacy and support. American Express provides small merchants solutions focused on enhancing merchant membership and connecting them with customers who can help build their business.
The Regional and Centralized Client Group falls within Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS), the merchant network at American Express which acquires and maintains relationships with millions of merchants around the world that welcome the card.
The successful candidate will:
Manage communication process for CCLM (Need to know, Newsletter, Web Page updates, Organization announcements)
Manage deck creation for town halls, business planning sessions, ext
Lead ad hoc projects that vary in size
Lead BCP (business continuity planning)
Lead On-boarding process (job posting, coordinating on-boarding with centralized team, ext)
Provide key insights and analytics for CCLM
Support and process management multiple tech enablement project
Provide operation support for CCLM
Collaborate with COE team for data collection and enhancements to tableau reporting
Identify and develop relationships with decision-makers within client organizations to influence program management and growth.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Superior project management skills and ability to work in a complex matrix and fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to interact directly with clients
Analytic mindset, ability to manipulate large data set and interpret insights
Familiarity of Tableau, creating Tableau reporting packages highly preferred
Familiar with Sales Force, creating reports, dashboards, ext
Ability to build relationships, influence, and negotiate externally and internally
