CVS Health Senior Training and Development Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona
CVS Kidney Care is looking to hire a Senior Training and Development Specialist in our Phoenix, AZ location. CVS Kidney Care is a new, strategic partnership with Satellite Healthcare, to help advance the care of patients with kidney disease. The Kidney Care Senior Training and Development Specialist is responsible for creating all training strategies to support the launch and rapid growth of the new Kidney Care business. This position will research current dialysis Revenue Cycle processes and build all training documents and learning materials necessary to successfully educate new hire colleagues. This also includes designing curriculum, developing training plans, facilitating sessions, mentoring and coaching trainees, monitoring training performance etc. This is a unique position that will allow the Learning Developer to create an environment that is tailored to a new business.
In this role as a Senior Training and Development Specialist you will collaborate with business leaders to identify needs, establish learning objectives and provide accurate and effective learning solutions as well as anticipate business training needs based on QA findings, trainee comprehension, systems modifications, etc. Additionally, you will facilitate training programs for the Revenue Cycle Management area as required, including new hire training, system enhancements, core business training, new projects, new business lines and additional topics based on operational needs.
The preferred candidate will have extensive knowledge of adult learning theories and modalities, and have the ability to develop innovative, engaging, new/updated curriculum for appropriate delivery methods, including live and/or virtual instructor-led materials, self-paced web-based training (WBTs), self-paced print/electronic materials/simulations, etc. The ability to determine the most effective mode of training delivery to ensure maximum learning for each colleague level is critical. Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills are necessary to be successful in this role.

-2 years professional work experience within Revenue Cycle operations, Business Support Services or Training/Education
-Experience in training management in a corporate, operations or production environment
-Previous experience with instructional design, leading virtual training, training evaluation tools, and a variety of learning modalities
-Experience with Learning Management and Content Management Systems
-Previous experience defining and positively influencing concrete business performance metrics using learning approaches
Bachelor's Degree in Training & Development, Organizational Development, or Business
