The Senior Real Estate Venture Investing Professional manages real estate activities including but not limited to, market planning, location analytics, data and financial analysis, and attending project meetings with the main goal of delivering the clinic on time and on budget. Work assignments involve location analytics mapping, project schedule tracking, working alongside vendor partners, communicating portfolio progress and risks. This position should also have a strong interest in learning our business as it relates to value based care.

Responsibilities

The Senior Real Estate Venture Investing Professional manages real estate activities including but not limited to, market planning, location analytics, data and financial analysis, and attending project meetings with the main goal of delivering the clinic on time and on budget. Work assignments involve location analytics mapping, project schedule tracking, working alongside vendor partners, communicating portfolio progress and risks. This position should also have a strong interest in learning our business as it relates to value based care.

  • Managing a fast paced strategic growth plan with aggressive project timelines and requirements

  • Out of the box thinking to solve complex real estate and project management problems

  • Working under the Real Estate Lead supporting the Alliance Partners Portfolio

  • Participate in weekly project meetings gathering data and asserting real estate expertise to guide the project team in the right direction

  • Portfolio covers the entire United States.

  • Up to 40% Travel - could be national, overnight, or to Louisville

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3+ years' experience in corporate real estate with an emphasis in retail real estate development.

  • Experience in location analytics including trade area analysis including demographics, socioeconomics, and regression models.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Power Point

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Work in an autonomous and virtual environment

  • Ability to travel up to 40%

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Regression model development

  • Experience in real estate development project management: scheduling, design process, contracts, and construction

  • Experience in real estate leasing and strategic market planning

  • Geo mapping experience

  • Ability to gather and analyze various data sets. I.e. cost benefit, ROI and breakeven financial models

  • Healthcare experience in value based contracting or clinic management or operations

  • Experience with relationship management

  • Master's Degree
