Oracle Recruiting Research Associate 4 in Phoenix, Arizona

The Research Associate is involved throughout the entire value chain of the search process, working in conjunction with recruiters throughout the kick-off, strategy, and execution of search engagements to bring each search to a successful completion. Identify high quality and potential candidates for senior level assignments. Partner and collaborate with executive recruiter. Build intellectual capital and keep up-to-date with key market trends and competitive intelligence. Deliver high-impact executive search recruitment research in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment. Partner with team and business leaders to execute project needs and calibrate deliverables for mission critical and/or hard-to-fill positions. Ability to listen and understand the goals of our hiring team and create a robust search strategy . Provide strategic guidance and become an advisor to executive recruiters. Troubleshoot, problem solve and provide possible solutions for a challenging project. Prepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings. Ability to engage with senior level executives in a polished and professional manner to articulate talent and market findings with a high level of business acumen. Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the group sharing new information about industries and talent pools or profile types. Become a leader and expert in a specific industry, LOB, product or region able to advise and consult. Propose creative ideas and innovative research techniques to uncover hidden talent. Serve as database subject matter expert (SME) to the executive search team to continue to establish best practices and streamline recruitment processes. Actively read and monitor industry trades to track key industry moves and assess recruitment trends. Experience in analytical or information research related roles, ideally within retained or in-house search firms. Be an out-of-box and creative thinker with a strong focus on problem solving. Be motivated by an intellectually stimulating recruitment environment with the desire to identify the best talent for Oracle. Minimum of 10 years in an analytic or information research related role. Previous experience in retained search is strongly desired. Technology industry experience preferred. High self-motivation and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Must be able to navigate different personalities. Detail oriented with strong project management skills . Solid judgment skills for assessing people and situations. The ability to operate in the gray and make sense of many data points to drive a successful outcome. The gravitas and ability to communicate at senior executive levels. Business minded with the ability to understand the dynamics of company performance. Intellectual curiosity and the ability to find answers using creative and problem solving skills. Strong focus on ownership and execution with the ability to persevere when faced when a challenge. A Bachelors degree is preferred. This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.
