About the Job

This position is primarily responsible for tracking and sorting all incoming documentation into the Records Room, assisting in audits of departmental processes, and providing additional clerical support for the retention and maintenance of associate files and other historical/vital documents retained by the Records Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following):

  • Maintains all employee records, including scanning, uploading and auditing documents through multiple systems.

  • Assists in responding to hold notices for employee records from Legal.

  • Assists with projects to pull physical files from off-site storage to scan and digitize records.

  • Responds to all requests for employee records.

  • Ensure the confidentiality of all material processed.

  • Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • None.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or GED required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associates degree or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Able to demonstrate multitasking skills, i.e. able to handle multiple projects at one time.

  • Able to demonstrate time management and organizational skills.

  • Able to demonstrate advanced organizational skills.

  • Able to demonstrate attention to detail.

  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) required.

  • Able to work well in a team environment and independently while tackling complex problems.
