NASM offers a wide range of educational programs designed to meet the unique learning styles of our students to make them successful and maximize their potential. NASM is seeking a Recertification Representative to join the team. This opportunity is full time which involves all facets of recertification and the provider program. This role requires a motivated hands-on, team player with excellent work ethic, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing superior customer service to our members.



? Audit and process recertification applications and payments

? Assist outside providers with our approved provider process

? Inbound and outbound?member calls

? Assisting members with recertification questions

? Creating and maintaining tracking reports for payments and recertification

? Assist other certification representatives and manager as needed

? Work on other special projects as requested and other duties as assigned



? Computer literate - knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel

Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute

? Customer service skills

Capability to prioritize and change focus as necessary

? Ability to work in a team environment
