The Program Development Manager provides account management for the ROSATM system in addition to periodic assistance for ROSA on the clinical level. The Program Development Manager also plays a critical role in building the utilization of ROSATM system. In addition, they would be responsible to lead key projects that are needed for the clinical services team with a specific focus on an account development and account management.

nnPrincipal Duties and Responsibilitiesnn

+ Using available tools/resources/materials, develop a hospital specific support plan with hospital administrators, surgeons, and hospital staff to enable independent use of the ROSATM System.n?

n

+ Through partnership with the surgeons and hospital staff, help drive system utilization by determining the appropriate program elements to meet the needs of the hospitals' patient and local marketn?

n

+ Provide support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awarenessn?

n

+ In partnership with the capital sales team, work to develop account development plans tailored to the local marketn?

n

+ Work in tandem with Field Clinical Representative Management Team to train new employees in the TSS role regarding account management specificallyn?

n

+ During periodic ROSATM Program Review meetings with hospital administration and surgeons, provide relevant data and analysis to drive feedback and recommendations aimed at helping the hospital meet its established goalsn?

n

+ Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSATM systemn?

n

+ Perform new system installations, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting and repair for installed ROSATM systems following established processesn?

n

+ Work with Field Clinical Representative team as well as Capital team to help further refine the ROSA capital pipeline; overall accountability for the maintenance of the capital pipeline

Education/Experience Requirementsnn

+ B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or M.S/Ph.D in Neuro or Biological Sciencen?

n

+ 3-5 years experience of field support, engineering, or other customer facing function preferably with a medical device company or at least 1 year in ATSS or TSS rolen?

n

+ Prior experience with Robotics preferredn?

n

+ Excellent communication, organizational and customer relation skillsn?

n

+ Ability to work without specific direction on daily activitiesn?

n

+ Ability to determine one's own schedule based on business needsn?

n

+ Ability to apply Project Management skills in an effort of advancing ROSA account development
