JPMorgan Chase Process Manager Sr - Vice President - Home Lending (Fulfillment Strategic Operations) in Phoenix, Arizona

The Process Manager Sr will be part of the Fulfillment Strategic Operations team and will be responsible for leading and contributing to continuous process improvement designed to achieve operational efficiency. This role will also include managing and/or leading programs, projects and initiatives from idea to execution that delivers results for one or more businesses and stakeholders. Produces reporting and communications in support of operational or change initiatives with a heavy emphasis on PowerPoint slide development and presentation skills.

Specific responsibilities include:

Contributes to process improvement and/or project management solutions for one or more functional- or product-aligned processes, to identify and recommend customer experience, performance, financial, and quality improvements.

Contributes to and may lead activities such as project management and documentation.

Analyzes information using intermediate methodologies and toolsets.

May contribute to implementation of recommendations in collaboration with stakeholders.

May directly or indirectly manage team of resources.

Manages multiple small to medium projects or other program-related initiatives, or one large project, with LOB or cross-departmental impacts.

Leads and collaborates with project teams, either directly or indirectly, through lifecycle from creation to execution, including approval and prioritization.

Directs activities, monitors progress, and drives for results for programs/projects that deliver solutions to moderate to complex business problems, including those that may require ongoing management.

Ensures quality and timeliness of task/project completion.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8a - 5p (hours are subject to change based on business need)

*This position requires you to work in the office; however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you will work from home and in the office on a rotational basis until further notice.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year process improvement/project management experience

Minimum of 1 year experience in mortgage fulfillment or sales

Advanced or expert-level MS PowerPoint skills

Strong communication skills - verbal and written

Excellent innovation skills and ability to propose solutions to challenges

Previous management experience is preferred

Effectively prioritizes their workload with the ability to multi-task

Bachelor's degree preferred
