The Business Engineering and Partner Solutions team (BEPS) provides businesses with the solutions they need to grow today and build for tomorrow. Depending on a business’ needs, BEPS will connect them with in-house engineers, recommend the right partners, or develop a customized combination of both. By integrating technology and partnerships in one team, BEPS can employ the right solution, empowering businesses to face the tasks of today and engineer a path to the future.The Partner Product Solutions team within BEPS accelerates business success across the Facebook Family of Apps (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp) by building, testing, and activating valuable partner-enabled products. We are looking for a Partner Product Solutions Manager to join our team to identify opportunities where an ecosystem strategy can accelerate growth and client value in high priority areas of the business. This role is focused on driving the attribution measurement (e.g. Marketing Mix Modeling, Sales Lift, etc.) strategy and program(s). This will include prioritizing new business opportunities to grow our current programs, representing the feedback of partners with product teams, developing strategies to build, test, and activate partner-enabled products, while bringing these plans to execution through a diverse set of cross-functional partners such as Privacy, Data Science, Technical Partner Manager, and Legal. You will make an impact on a global scale working with a team that solves big problems for Facebook’s fastest growing product areas and partner ecosystems. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in and an understanding of advertising measurement, experience managing and developing measurement programs, and an understanding of how to drive value from measurement services. To be successful in the role, you will bring a General Manager mindset and diverse set of skills to the team -- you will be an analytical problem solver, who can simplify complex decisions and prioritize based on trade-offs. You will be a dynamic leader in a complex cross-functional environment who can build relationships, find mutually beneficial opportunities, and influence to drive action. You can bring structure to an ambiguous work stream and can drive accountability across teams, while keeping a pulse on risks and headwinds that can come up in an evolving environment. You are scrappy, collaborative, focused on results, a self-starter, and have demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects to drive the growth and success of a business.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead a set of attribution measurement strategies to help advertisers understand the ROI of their efforts on the Facebook Family of Apps

  2. Understand market needs, product priorities, and ecosystem capabilities

  3. Synthesize trends in the ecosystem and product performance to identify where third-party ecosystems can accelerate business objectives and influence product roadmaps, cross-functional teams and executives around key investments

  4. Collaborate with engineering, product and business owners both within Facebook and at third-party partners to define program requirements, set priorities, and establish scope which includes defining the roadmap and long-term strategy of the teams you are partnering with

  5. Design and build programmatic solutions that compliment internal efforts to develop new and existing products. Contributions include driving technical strategy, solution design, cross-functional facilitation and alignment, prototyping, development. In doing so, considering external factors such as partner requirements and technical integration nuances

  6. Lead an analytical approach to identify growth initiatives and design in-market experiments leveraging third-party partners to validate hypotheses

  7. Project manage end-to-end execution, including tracking progress vs. milestones, identifying issues/blockers, and enabling mitigation plans for product alpha/betas, new product launches, and product activation initiatives

  8. Build foundational contracts that promote proper usage of the program both related to business and technical functions

  9. Lead large, global, cross-functional teams including business development, solutions engineering, marketing, data science, and partner management teams to drive execution against initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years of experience in measurement, digital technology, advertising technology, product management, program management, or equivalent experience

  2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  3. Experience moving technical programs or products from concept to completion and articulating the impact using metrics, growth examples, and return on investment

  4. Demonstrated experience to clarify and communicate complex technical concepts such as methodological approaches or technical architecture

  5. Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership experience delivering measurable impact

  6. Experience gathering and analyzing data, research and market analysis, translating this information into requirements and functional specifications to develop a long term strategy

  7. Demonstrated experience executing in a fast-paced environment with several cross functional teams at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Advanced degree such as an MBA or equivalent

  2. Experience working with or at third party measurement company

  3. Experience building and launching measurement and analytics products, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution

  4. Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications, mobile and/or media products
