Outreach Assistant

A Government Agency in Downtown Phoenix is seeking one (1) experienced and highly professional Outreach Assistant to spearhead the customer notifications of a vital roll-out of their new online portal system. The Outreach Assistants will be tasked with communicating and tracking this new project to all existing program stakeholders. The ideal candidate has exhibited tenure in both a Customer Service and Administrative capacities, exhibits superb telephone ettiquette, inerpersonal communication and professionalism. The Outreach Assistants must be able to work cohesively with the internal team and manage their own workflow independently. This is a long-term temporary project expected to last approximately 4 months, with some potential for extension based on project need.

  • Pay Rate: $15.00/HR

  • Location: Phoenix, AZ 85007 - in office

  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

The Outreach Assistants will provide outreach support for an ongoing agency program. This program is transitioning to online portals for it's customers to submit notification forms, financial responsibility compliance documentation, and suspected release reporting through the Agency's online portal. The program will require additional support to conduct outreach to customers regarding the transition to the online portal.

The duties of this position will include:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of additional Agency portal outreach efforts.

  • Conduct outreach calls to the program customers regarding the launch of the Agency portals and creating portal accounts.

  • Monitor and manage program inboxes and notify relevant staff of Agency portal support requests from customers.

  • Track outreach efforts and provide regular updates to supervisor, identifying problems and developing countermeasures as necessary.

  • Provide miscellaneous outreach support to the program as needed.
