Pay rate: $17.50 per hour

Duration: 1 month

Mon-Fri (Saturday optional)

7AM-4PM or 7:30AM-4:30PM (Some flexibility depending on needs of Temp)

Hours to include a 30-60 minutes for lunch time- no OT offered presently

Job Summary:

As a team member you will be responsible to meet/exceed all sales goals within the assigned book of business. This job will be very outbound call driven, with 80-100 sales calls daily as a goal metric. The FTE will be selling Central Dispatch as a platform with the benefits the platform offers, but mainly focused specifically on Manheim clients to get them on a 60-day free trial and then convert them to paying customers after.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible to meet/exceed all assigned sales goals given throughout the day

80-100 daily outbound sales calls around Central Dispatch Instant Access

Become proficient in all knowledge base requirements around Central Dispatch and the Instant Access platform to understand and sell Central Dispatch

Become proficient in all platforms, systems, and tools used to become effective and efficient in outbound call effort

Maintain appropriate documentation of conversations in designated system to ensure handoff continuity and client profile accuracy

Manage high volume of outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner

Work across the organization as needed to resolve client requests

Assist clients with the onboarding process for trial and/or becoming an active paying subscriber by passing them to the appropriate team to assist

Effectively communicate to the client how to use any of our client facing tools

Email marketing materials as needed around Central Dispatch Instant Access program and links to provide access to the platform

Perform other duties as deemed necessary by management


High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred (or equivalent sales experience),

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience involving cold calls, sales

Auction and/or logistics/transportation knowledge/ automotive industry a strong plus

Excellent oral and written communications skills, particularly in a phone or email context

Attention to detail and follow-through

Demonstrated ability to adapt in a changing environment

Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced, high energy, dynamic and demanding environment

Demonstrated experience in being a goal oriented, driven individual

Demonstrated ability to successfully driving sales results

Work Environment:

Office setting

Skills and Experience Required:

1-2 years customer service experience

At least 1 year of clerical/office experience

Proven ability to make decisions

Customer service skills

Problem solving skills

Previous transportation or automotive experience a plus

Data entry

Basic computer knowledge including outlook, Microsoft excel

Ability to multi task
