CVS Health Medicare Account Manager- CVS Retail Member Engage in Phoenix, Arizona
The Medicare Account Manager (CVS Retail Member Engagement Program) will be responsible for developing and executing statewide, strategy to support AZ CVS-Medicare Resource Center Pilot Strategy, and Multicultural programs to include local Champion Broker/Agent partnerships & opportunities. This role will be responsible for developing & supporting strategic partnerships: multicultural, non-profit/community-based relationships, sales seminars, and public relations programs to enable market sales/opportunities. Proactively engages Aetna’s AZ Medicare team to support existing/new local community relationships. Plans and facilitates outreach activities, special events, and presentations to generate sales leads in support of the health plan’s sales and membership growth goals and increase awareness of the health plan’s presence in the community.
Drive Grassroots marketing & local community partnerships, execute short/long-term local market strategies & initiatives for community-based engagement, resulting in a consistent lead generation pipeline to support the AZ Medicare Advantage market.
Responsible for event logistics including reserving space, catering, communication, distributing materials, facilities support, and other similar activities. Monitors and/or participates in the preparation and tear down for the event.
Develops a mutually rewarding working relationship with various client contacts to ensure renewal of case and retention.
Follows through on outstanding issues to the point of resolution.
Offers creative product and service solutions to address client's evolving needs.
Monitors on an on-going basis client's product lines and services to ensure client's needs are being met.
Monitors, tracks and trends lead data/ROI to maximize market opportunities
Executes tactical components of the account team’s business plan for each customer.
Collaborates with account team members and functional support areas on more complex product or service issues to ensure client’s needs.
Collaborates cross-functionally to identify, implement and monitor the customer’s service efficiencies, including performance guarantees.
Collaborates with team members in support of both CVS Retail and member engagement activities.
2-5 years industry or customer service experience.
This role will be responsible for supporting the AZ-Medicare Advantage market strategy to drive the Accelerated Growth Market initiatives, so multi-functional experience, working with managed care, commercial or Medicare, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage is needed.
College degree or equivalent experience
