This position will play a critical role within the Line of Business Compliance organization supporting the Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions Portfolio. This manager will be responsible for, the Enterprise Privacy Choice Capability and the Digital Experimentation & Insights business.
The successful candidate will contribute alongside a high-performance team that delivers an effective compliance risk management oversight program for the Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions business, as well as provide risk management advisory services to promote safe, scalable innovation for the portfolios supported.
Oversight of implementation of regulatory changes and product uplift forthe Enterprise Privacy Choice Capability.
Provide compliance guidance and risk management for Digital Experimentation and Insights business.
Partner with business colleagues, Operational Excellence, Privacy, and General Counsel’s Office (GCC) to effectively support a resilient Compliance program through quarterly Compliance Risk Assessments (CRA), Business Unit Compliance Assessments (BUCA), Independent Compliance Testing (ICT), Internal Audit Group (IAG) finding resolutions, and issue management processes throughout the product lifecycle.
Drive implementation of policy and regulatory requirements in the areas of Regulation Z, Global Privacy, GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, Regulation V (FCRA), UDAAP, Thailand Data Protection Act and other relevant federal, state and local regulations.
Self-motivated, energetic team player with strong relationship management skills when engaging with colleagues and business leaders.

Strong leadership, analytical, organizational track-record.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to persuade and influence.
Prior compliance, legal or risk experience.
Bachelor’s degree required.
