CVS Health Learning Consultant in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description

Involved in initiative planning, ongoing client relationship management and satisfaction for assigned initiatives that impact the delivery of training support to internal Medicare and Worklife Consultants within the Resources for Living organization. Collaborates with implementation managers, subject matter experts, learning and performance as well as consulting team members and/or matrixed staff as required in support of initiatives. Accountable for transferring knowledge, best practices methodology and tools to internal organizations. Participates as a team member, may be responsible for concurrent initiatives or act as team lead for less complex projects based on resource requirements.

Fundamental Components

  • Supports Medicare and Worklife products.

  • Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement within assigned initiatives.

  • Conducts thorough training needs analysis, content development and instruction.

  • Builds optimal client relationship for results and deliverables and manages employee engagement.

  • Participates and supports metrics integration and execution for optimal results.

  • Shares joint accountability for initiative‚Äôs return on investment.

  • Participates in initiative planning as required.

  • Supports engagement using a disciplined repeatable methodology .

  • Designs, develops interventions and facilitates work sessions.

  • Develops and delivers high level virtual training in accordance with adult learning principles.

Background Experience

  • Experience with moderate scale initiatives with moderate degree of complexity.

  • 2-3+ years experience with one or more of the following methodologies: performance consulting, adult learning principles, classroom engagement.

  • Capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously.

  • Strong knowledge and background with Medicare product and population, Worklife Consulting, and EAP business.

  • Ability to remain flexible and balance multiple projects and training needs, identifying plan for prioritization, execution and implementation.

  • Masters degree preferred, but not required. College degree.
