In this position, you will work as Ultra-Pure water technician. You will be interacting with engineering as well as other operation technicians maintaining all Ultrapure water systems that include UPW, HERO, Polished, Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP), Soft Water Systems (SWS), Litho UPW (LUPW), Reverse Osmosis Product (ROP), Reverse makeup and recycled UPW system. In addition to the treatment systems you will also maintain the Industrial Water (IW) and City Water systems.
The successful candidate will be required to work a compressed week, night shift schedule.
Shift 4 or shift 6.
Shift 4: (nights frontend) PM-AM Sun-Tues and alternating Saturday nights.
Shift 6: (nights backend) PM-AM Wed-Sat and alternating Saturday night.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Operating and maintaining ultra-pure water systems which support our operations facilities.
Performing routine preventative and corrective maintenance procedures on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems.
Utilizing quality systems and diagnosing process issues related to Reverse Osmosis, Filtration, Ion Exchange, Ultra Violet Light Sterilization etc.
Maintaining Analytical equipment and creating the Statistical reports (Preventative Excursion Management Systems).
Utilizing Maximo Maintenance planning software
Assignments are semi-routine in nature with work performed within generally defined parameters. Some degree of judgment required in resolving non-standard problems.
Interacting with factory and other customers and stakeholders.

This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

The candidate must possess at least one of the following educational/work experience requirements:
Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree in a technical program.
Military service plus 1 year of work experience in Ultra-pure water system operations.
1+ years of experience with Ultra-pure water operations, including procedure review and development.
David H. Paul UPW certification or equivalent would be an added advantage.
Facilities maintenance experience.
Proficiency in Maximo and ICMTL, SPEED a plus.
