HR Assistant

Randstad is working with a Government client in Downtown Phoenix to identify a HR Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience in Human Resources and Administrative Support, with top skills in Data Entry, Customer Service, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite. This is a long-term temporary role lasting at least 1 year. Pay: $17.03/hr Location: Phoenix, AZ 85007 (Downtown) Hours: M-F 8AM-5PM Length: 1 Year Benefits? We have them! -Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping Human Resource information confidential.

-Performs internal and external office communication: email, voicemail and miscellaneous written correspondence (to include general administrative assistant responsibilities).

-Updates and maintains HR Org Charts on a daily basis.

-Assist with the Virtual Huddles updates and follow-ups.

-Ensures all HR Intranet forms and other documents are up to date.

-Maintain/update various HR database tools (annual certifications, employee forms, remote work agreements, etc.).

-Assist with reviewing, editing and formatting draft and finalized materials ensuring completeness, accuracy, compliance with policies and procedure

-Run, gather and merge data to complete various HR reports.

-Prepares all Purchase Request Forms for Human Resources for approval.

-Assist with employment reference checks.

-Special projects and other duties as assigned.
